I have been assigned as the project manager on the SCO (Special Communication Organization) project of Ministry of IT, Government of Pakistan. It is basically the Expansion of Broadband Services and Upgradation of IP Core Network to 100 Gbps in the area of Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit Baltistan (GB).

Apply techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk mitigation.
Establish an effective communication plan with project team and customer.
Arrange weekly cadence calls and provide daily project status updates to customer and top management.
Provide guidance on strategies, requirement and functional specifications that meet the customer requirements and PMI standards.
Closely work with every team like sales, legal and SOW drafting team to ensure tight alignment of objectives and customer expectations.
Define and maintain RAID logs throughout the project to monitor issues, dependencies, risk and risk mitigation strategies.
Continuous feedback to the management on methodology improvement and introduction of new tools to enhance the process.
Always sign the Customer satisfaction survey at the end of each project with documentation of best practices and lessons learned.

1- To manage and coordinate all the different departments in an establishment in the hospitality sector.
2- To define the management strategy of the establishment in line with profit targets, the quality charter and hygiene and safety norms.
3- To disperse enough money to the departments that will ensure an efficient workflow towards the project.
4- Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
5- Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses.
6- Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards.
7- Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently.
8- Review and prepare reports for senior management.

1- Core Network Trouble Ticket Management ( Generation, Update, Tracking, Closure )
2- Work order activities such as Transmission configurations, channel additions, frequency modifications
3- Analysis of Post-configuration issues sites including fault detection, re-configuration activities.
4- GSM, UMTS and LTE neighbor audits, definitions and dilutions.
5- Core Network Surveillance and Monitoring
6- Generation of Periodic/On demand NOC Reports
7- Shift Takeover/ Handover
8- Coordination with Internal/External Stakeholders for technical issues

1- Interact within and outside technical department for customers complaint handling.
2- Handling all the complaints within the scope of our pre-defined parameters.
3- Reporting, tracking, internal and external SLA formulation and coordination.
4- To ensure that complaints are closed by concerns within TAT.
5- Review meetings and evaluations to troubleshoot the issues.
6- Support and coordinate on all the core functions.
7- Assurance of high level of service quality.
